fix(release): close package 2 pre-release audit findings - #1367
AeroSync could replace a lone destination without its requested versioned backup, recursive downloads could miss filesystem aliases or silently complete an incomplete scan, and legacy FTP could report an unknown size as zero. Preserve preparation across bulk fallback, share destination-aware collision checks without rewriting I/O names, and propagate scan failures and internal caps into final outcomes.
This also fixes the probe's ownership cleanup, keeps its private folder out of sync/watch content, updates native bulk routing documentation, promotes unchanged successful apt caches to complete, pins and verifies the scanner toolchains/base image, and removes the trailing blank EOF line. Covers audit A01, A02, A04, A05, A06, B05, C02, C03 and C-x; no release version bump.
GUI: provider_commands.rs:3722 and lib.rs:4842 / CLI: aeroftp_cli.rs:36844 / MCP: ai_core/remote_tools.rs:1422 and mcp/tools.rs:1481 keep their separate single-file/sync-tree routes. AeroSync enters at App.tsx:11619; GUI AeroAgent's legacy FTP metadata enters at ai_core/tauri_impl.rs:286. Shared local scan/watcher staging exclusions cover AeroCloud; TUI singleton downloads retain their route.
Local requested gates passed. Rust: final audit regressions 13/13, CLI audit 8/8, CLI recursive 11/11, requested54 get 2/2; provider walk 16/16, legacy FTP walk 14/14, requested97 guards 12/12, FTP adapter 4/4, FTP characterization 3/3, local staging scan 1/1. Groups overlap and are not summed. Both exact requested Clippy commands passed with all features and -D warnings (tests and aeroftp-cli). cargo fmt --all/--check, focused tests and full-cycle git diff --check passed. Static scanner policy 1/1 and shell cache probe 2/2 passed. See FINAL-RESULTS.json and per-command logs.
Each assigned finding has recorded red evidence before correction. NFC/NFD and case collisions are exercised through the real CLI command with modeled destination rules and one/four workers; macOS-specific probe coverage is added for CI. No native macOS/Windows execution or scanner Docker image build is claimed. Official x86_64 Node and Rust archives were downloaded and hash-verified; both image architectures have pinned official hashes. PR CI is required for full platform green.

Keep unreadable LIST sizes distinct from empty files through RemoteFile and the provider adapter, and fall back to SIZE or an explicit error. Cover valid and refused SIZE replies with a local FTP fixture.

Share destination case and canonical Unicode collision checks between GUI and CLI without rewriting I/O names. Probe inside an owned private namespace, propagate denied FTP scans into terminal errors, and report internal CLI entry and depth limits while retaining explicit max-depth scope.
