fix(i18n): make every counted label read right for any number - #1354

The app has no plural engine, so a label with a number must read right for every count. In Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Croatian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Latvian and Romanian many did not: a One/Many pair gives Many to 2 and 21 alike, and a string such as "{count} souborů" or "{count} klaidos" is correct for only some numbers. The 15 One/Many pairs and 135 single-key strings with a number in front of a noun now use a form valid for any count in those languages, mostly a label followed by the number. Welsh keeps its forms, since a noun after a numeral stays singular there.
A number was also rendered in front of a word translated on its own, for example `{count} {t('browser.items')}` in the status bar, the transfer queue counters, the vault sync summary and the vault creation list, so no language could inflect or place it. The 72 such sites in 34 files now pass the number to one translated string with a {count} placeholder (50 new keys in all 47 languages), and the 55 word keys left without a use are removed. noCountBesideTranslatedWord.test.ts finds the shape in JSX and in template literals; on e781b63 it fails with 72 hits.
The batch surfaced three strings already on main without their accents (Polish, Slovak, Slovenian), now fixed, and a Danish plural noun the diacritics check mistook for a verb, now accepted. This completes Requested 89.

From the review: the counted labels added in this branch used an optional suffix ("1 file(s)", "element(er)", "item(ns)", "αρχείο(-α)") in English and 15 other languages, and in several languages a status word or a predicate after the number read as if the number were its subject ("{count} mevcut bir profile benziyor", "{count} En échec", "{count} tiedostoa" for 1). They now put a label before the number ("Files: {count}", "Fichiers : {count}", "Tiedostot: {count}"), valid for every count, except where a noun after a numeral is invariant or a counter word carries it (Welsh, Hungarian, Turkish, Japanese and others). 16 English values change, and the former-English ledger records them.

The app has no plural engine, so a label with a number has to read right for every count. In eleven languages many did not. This completes Requested 89 in #1318.
What changes
Chyby: {count}instead of{count} chyb). A One/Many pair gives Many to 2 and 21 alike, so its Many value has to be right for both.{count} {t('browser.items')}in the status bar, the transfer queue counters (staged, pending, failed), the vault sync summary and result, the duplicate finder, the health check summary, the keystore backup contents, the compress dialog, the vault creation list (vault.itemSingular/vault.itemPlural) and more. A translator saw "items" with no number, so no language could inflect or place it. Each site now passes the number to one translated string with a{count}placeholder: 50 new keys in all 47 languages, Italian hand-written.
