Summary

pfix was configured here with auto_apply = true, auto_install_deps = true and create_backups = false. Its automatic repairs overwrote development changes, so the project owner asked to remove pfix from Semcod projects.

  • Removes [tool.pfix] and every pfix requirement from: pyproject.toml.
  • pfix was a runtime dependency: no. No source file imports it.
  • uv.lock is left unchanged: the vql source is declared as { path = "../vql" }, which resolves to .worktrees/vql inside a Worktrees v5 checkout. Regenerate the lockfile where the sibling project is reachable or replace the relative path source.

Ticket: project/ticket-001. Goal no longer re-injects pfix after semcod/goal#146. Fleet evidence: subactor/docs/architecture/analysis/semcod-library-quality.md.

Validation

  • Parsed pyproject.toml equals the base with only the pfix entries removed (tomllib comparison).
  • No source, test or workflow file changed.

pfix was configured with auto_apply = true, auto_install_deps = true and
create_backups = false, and its automatic repairs overwrote development
changes. Remove the [tool.pfix] tables and every pfix requirement. The
parsed TOML differs from the base only by the removed pfix entries.
uv.lock is left unchanged; see the ticket blocker.

Closed by its author as superseded: pfix was already removed by #10 (merged 2026-09-14). After rebasing, this branch only carried ticket tracking files, which is not a deliverable on its own.
