Removes the long-lived
NODE_AUTH_TOKENsecret and relies on the npm trusted publisher OIDC connection configured for this repo/workflow instead.Essentially reverts #15 — the trusted publishing policy on npmjs.com is what makes the bare
npm publishwork now.
