Fix PDF reader page

PDF Reader Issue

Current implementation:

• Clicking on a PDF from the main page will open the PDF reader
• Opening the PDF reader starts calibration
• The PDF viewer is set to an extremely tall height so that scrolling down the whole page also scrolls down the PDF viewer. This causes issues such as the embedded PDF failing to render at certain instances.
• Implement scrolling controlled by the iframe or alternative
