Restore the PedestrianTracker identity-review demo

What changed

• restores the PedestrianTracker Identity Review Console as the primary website experience
• uses both original four-camera tracker-rendered replay variants instead of synthetic browser overlays
• adds real query and ranked gallery crops from the archived demo output
• removes event and award framing from the site, README, results, model metadata, report, and architecture artifacts
• hardens responsive, reduced-motion, accessibility, evidence, and media-attribution checks
• renames active configurations to configs/system/
