fleet-status: run on a label event only for the verified label - #273

The lanes read one label, verified; any other label event ran a status job that posted nothing new, and a Dependabot PR fires two as it opens. The askalf/ci pin (84d68a0, askalf/ci#159) already requires this filter, so the self-test fails without it.

Verdict: approve. The condition skips unrelated label events while preserving verified-label events and the existing paths for PR updates, reviews, comments and completed workflows. The added filter remains within the same-repository branch and leaves the fork-handling restrictions intact.

The fleet status job now runs on a
labeled/unlabeledevent only when the label isverified, the one label the lanes read. Any other label event ran a status job that posted nothing new, and a Dependabot PR fires two as it opens.The Redline pin bump already moved this repository to askalf/ci 84d68a0 (askalf/ci#159). That fleet-status-check requires this filter, so the self-test fails on main without it. ci main's checker, run locally: 1 failure on main, 0 on this branch.
