The Scorecard workflow checks out with actions/checkout again instead of askalf/ci/actions/checkout-with-retry.

scorecard.dev accepts published results only from a workflow made of steps it recognises. Since the checkout moved to the retry wrapper, every run here has passed but its upload was turned away, so the badge and the scorecard.dev API still show the last score from before that change.

This job runs on a hosted runner, where the retry is not needed. The step now matches askalf/ci's own Scorecard workflow: the same pinned actions/checkout v7.0.1 with persist-credentials: false, and a comment that says why. Nothing else in the file changes.

Proof after merge: the next Scorecard run on the default branch publishes, and https://api.scorecard.dev/projects/github.com/askalf/<repo> shows that run's date.

Verdict: approve. The workflow now uses a directly pinned actions/checkout step while keeping credential persistence disabled. The surrounding Scorecard publishing steps remain unchanged, and the checkout change fits the hosted-runner job.
