What

Adds .github/workflows/redline-post.yml. When this repository's Redline workflow finishes, it calls askalf/ci/.github/workflows/redline-post-verdict.yml, pinned at a5e734d (askalf/ci#148). That workflow checks the run and posts its verdict as sprayberry-redline from GitHub's runners, with the repository secret REDLINE_REVIEWER_TOKEN. The rules it applies are in scripts/redline/README.md in askalf/ci.

A workflow_run job always runs the default branch's copy of its file, so nothing changes for this PR's own checks. The hourly Redline pin bump in askalf/ci moves this pin with the others.

Check after merge

The next Redline run here should get a "Redline post" run. That run either posts the verdict or skips with its reason in the log.

Verdict: approve. The completion trigger matches the existing Redline workflow, and the posting job delegates to a commit-pinned reusable workflow with a matching ref. The caller grants only read permissions to its job token and passes the reviewer credential explicitly.
