qwen35 layers:host tests fail on both zig jobs withexpected 1, found 2. #2086's census pins how many Qwen3.5 configs each source holds, and #1125 added Ornith-1.5-122B'sqwen3_5_moeconfig tosrc/families/qwen27/config_test.zig, its second. #1125's own CI ran on a base without #2086, so it passed there. This counts the new config: 2 for that file, and 20 admitted (config, backend) pairs instead of 18. The two new pairs are the 48-layer, every-fourth-attention config on the 27B's Metal entry point and on HIP, and both old rules read the same pattern, so
relaxedstays 0. No engine code changes.zig build test-qwen35-layers-host: 5 of 5 pass.
