inner-field is a simple journaling app designed to guide you through 225 days of self-discovery. Each day, you answer one question that encourages reflection and growth. The app uses eight psychology scales to help track your mental state. inner-field is designed for easy installation on Windows. Follow these steps to start your journaling journey.
