HLS encryption feature request #52

Currently, we are using an Nginx-RTMP server with AES-128 encryption, now moving to the H265 codec, this project(nginx-ts-module) looks promising. please add HLS encryption(AES-128/Sample AES) feature. it'll be more useful.
