Fix Livewire 4 datatable root for 3.2.2

Summary

• move the packaged theme inside the datatable's single Livewire root
• keep the hide-column picker style inside its own container
• add a Laravel 13 / Livewire 4 DOM regression covering root ownership, sort, search, and pagination
• document the published-view upgrade requirement and prepare the 3.2.2 changelog

Root cause

The default datatable view emitted the theme <style> before .ld-table. Livewire 4 attached wire:id and wire:snapshot to that first top-level element, leaving every interactive table control outside the component root.

Verification

• Laravel 13.24.0 / Livewire 4.3.5: 80 tests, 313 assertions
• strict-CSP Chromium regression passed
• Composer validation and audit passed
• npm audit passed
