Release 3.1.1 Apricode table theme

What changed

• restyled the default datatable views with the Apricode application palette
• added a self-contained, scoped theme that requires no consumer Tailwind configuration
• improved headers, filters, controls, row feedback, summaries, empty states, pagination, responsive layout, focus visibility, and reduced-motion handling
• kept custom callback and column-view HTML outside the package theme overrides
• added regression coverage for the default theme tokens
• documented the default theme and added the 3.1.1 changelog

Impact

Existing table behavior and public APIs are unchanged. Applications using the package defaults receive the refreshed theme automatically. Applications that publish and override the Blade views retain full control over their styling.
