English speaker? The full documentation is translated at the bottom: English.
| Deine Sprache / Your language | Installieren / Install | |
|---|---|---|
| English | Your German is shaky? No problem: ask the skill to answer in English, and it explains every German insurance term. | Install the skill from https://github.com/ari-abb/Versicherungsberater into my skills directory and reload skills. |
| Türkçe | Almancanız zayıf mı? Sorun değil: becerinin Türkçe yanıt vermesini isteyin, her Almanca sigorta terimini açıklar. | https://github.com/ari-abb/Versicherungsberater adresindeki skill'i skill dizinime kur ve skill'leri yeniden yükle. |
In Claude Code genügt
/reload-skills.

Bewusst ohne mitgelieferte Skripte. Portale ändern ihr DOM, und hartcodierte Selektoren
altern schlecht.
Datum in references/extraction.md (Stand: 17.09.2026).
Have an agent work through and compare dozens of CHECK24 tariffs for you, all the way down to the fine print. Fast and efficient, because it reads the page's code rather than the images: dozens of tariffs with their full detail layer in seconds. Then the AI structures them, checks them against the binding terms, and compares them.
Works in German and English, and in any other language you ask for. Write in your language and the skill replies in it; ask it to answer in someone else's language and it explains the German terminology as it goes, which is what makes it usable for a relative whose German is limited. See the table at the top.
Paste the install sentence from the table at the top into your coding agent. Then start a new
session. In Claude Code, /reload-skills is enough.
Comparison portals show a price, a grade and a few keywords. The decision usually turns on something the card does not mention at all.
An example from building this skill. The result card said:
Selbstbeteiligung: 0 – 400 €
The binding terms said 400 € in the first year, dropping 100 € per claim-free year, reaching 0 € only after four. For someone with no prior insurance, the advertised "0 €" tariff was a 400 € tariff, which is precisely what that person was trying to avoid.
Gaps like this are not rare, so the skill verifies every claim that carries the recommendation against the binding document.
- Understand the situation. Which situations, how often, what amounts, and what currently stops the person from acting. That decides more than any tariff grade.
- Open a comparison. Either in your logged-in CHECK24 account or anonymously with a synthetic profile, see Logged in or anonymous.
- Treat the result URL as the API. It carries every input as a query parameter, so variants can be measured instead of guessed: deductible 0 versus 150, a module on versus off. The price difference settles the question.
- Read the detail layer. Expand every card, capture all feature rows per module including the truncated fine print. The output is JSON, not prose, and it is fast and efficient because the agent reads the page's code rather than looking at images.
- Download the terms. The policy conditions and product information sheet as PDF, with text extracted and searchable. This is where recommendations get corrected.
- Compare and interpret. With filters stated openly, with a scenario calculation, and with a clear note wherever the data cannot settle the question.
- Archive. PDFs, text, tariff data, a source list and hashes, so a check weeks later is a diff rather than a re-read.
- "I need legal expenses insurance, one or two cases a year, small amounts."
- "Compare tariff A against tariff B in detail, not just on price."
- "Is the optional home module worth it, or is a tenants' association enough?"
- "Is my deductible really 150 €, or only on paper?"
- "Have the terms changed since last time?"
- "Explain this to my mother in Turkish, she does not read German."
You have two routes, and the skill asks at the start:
Logged in. You sign in to CHECK24 yourself and the skill attaches to that session. The comparison then runs on your real data and stored details, so the prices are the ones that actually apply to you. The skill never types credentials; you do that.
Anonymous. The skill opens a fresh browser with no account and works from a synthetic profile matching your situation (age, region, employment). Good for scouting without leaving traces in your account. Prices are then approximations rather than binding quotes.
For screenshots and recordings the skill always uses the anonymous route. The recording above was made that way, with the synthetic values 01.01.1990 and postcode 10115.
For archive files the skill recommends storing a birth year instead of a full date and a truncated postcode, since that is enough for a later comparison.

What matters per vertical, which fine print counts |
Deliberately ships no scripts. Portal DOMs change and hardcoded selectors age badly, so the
skill describes how to discover structure at runtime and lets the coding agent write that
code fresh. What was actually verified is dated in references/extraction.md
(as of 2026-09-17).
The skill reads what the portal shows and what the terms say. It is not legal or insurance advice, knows no tariffs outside the portal, and does not replace reading your policy before signing. It does not submit applications; the final click stays with you.
Note: Using this skill is the user's own responsibility. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, and automated reading may not be appreciated by the CHECK24 platform.
