On boot, install /ota:/UPDATE_SKETCH.BIN into the user_sketch partition when the file is present. Validates the inner sketch header and bounds, and keeps UPDATE_SKETCH.BIN on post-erase failure so the next boot can retry. Signed-off-by: Gilberto Conti <g.conti@arduino.cc>

Add the possibility to produce an artifact that is compatible with arduino-cloud-cli for ota, which is made of loader + ff padding + sketch, without the ota header and not compressed
extend the ota api to allow performing loader updates by means of bootloader
implemented portentac33 ota loader support
allow get_board_details.sh to export value for sfu.file and sfu.address
add the sfu file and size for portentac33 in boards.txt
add portenta sfu binary file
if sfu file is specified in boards.txt combine it with the loader binary into another file. this file will be placed in firmwares/zephyr-$variant-sfu.bin
adjust partitions in overlay file to include sfu
enable ota support for portentac33
