Publish the owner-approved static product page at https://openpaperdesign.arcitai.com/. Set canonical/social metadata, allow indexing, add robots/sitemap and document the existing-account Cloudflare Pages deployment and recovery route. The reviewed UI and application code are unchanged.
Keep public download status honest: the site exports tracked files only, excluding localhost packages and preview manifests. The source-build fallback remains until qualified public app assets exist. Screenshots retain their development-preview labels.
Validation: seven download-selection/count tests pass; asset provenance/cache versions and diff checks pass. Deployment readback will be recorded in issue #20, separately from standalone app release #18. Issue #20 will be closed only after verified publication; screenshot refresh #19 is also delivered by the already merged product-page PR #21.
