Apply the product's Design skill and refresh canonical DESIGN.md revision25. Keep native project management and compact plugin library contracts distinct. Add local search, fluid cards, grid/list, narrow navigation and visible focus; retain shared editor tokens and file authority. Identity remains provisional after owner rejection and is being explored separately.
The pre-Home baseline fails all three keyboard mapping tests on macOS because the shared Editor interprets command as logo on that compiled target. Normalize the chosen browser command against the compiled host; wasm semantics remain unchanged. All334 browser-adapter unit tests now pass on Mac, including previously failing rename, palette and save scenarios.

Desktop Home still used the upstream paper-rs identity and fixed cards while the plugin and editor had a quieter custom UI. Apply the product’s Design skill to its own Home and update canonical root DESIGN.md revision 25 to reflect the current direction and actual qualification.
Native Home reuses the shared editor palette, neutral primary action, local search, grid/list, fluid cards, visible keyboard focus and a Recents/Trash menu below 760 points. Window/menu names use OpenPaperDesign. The plugin keeps its compact Home, real library actions, host variables and authority model. Native projects and plugin files remain distinct libraries; no implicit sync or decorative Open app button is added.
The owner selected round-2 option 1: overlapping forms, Arc’IT blue #4265a0 and black/white according to theme. Canonical SVGs and committed PNG derivatives share one mark across native/plugin Home, with the website/app/composer assets on PR #21. Root DESIGN.md records that selection. It does not retune the editor’s selection tokens.
Validation: native new-UI app launch/open/edit/save/quit/reopen on Apple M4; search/Escape/grid-list interaction; Light/Dark renders at 360/640/900/1280; 230 native tests, 9 GPU-required headless tests, 129 Home DOM tests and 334 browser-adapter unit tests on Mac. The latter required a small native-host keyboard normalization correction: three mapping tests also fail on the pre-Home baseline; WASM mapping is unchanged. The WASM core/web check passes with Rust 1.95. After the selected mark, Home unit/responsive-render/DOM checks and the actual native release build pass; Native and wasm-core CI pass at 441e977. The integrated 3286238 three-platform packaging matrix also passes; its actual universal Mac archive passes open/edit/save/quit/reopen on Apple M4.
Independent source review found bounded issues with the workflow test target, generated screenshots, Trash toggle and keyboard focus, corrected on the respective branches. This draft targets Factory’s branch for bounded adoption. Installed-plugin loading and PR #9’s wider acceptance remain separate; no broad upstream/main merge.
