Owners need working method calls and context to survive a naming change. This adds a portable Foundation migration guide for The Onlinesourdough Method (OSM): generation-aware inventory, CURRENT same-host recovery, supported cutover, fresh-session use and exact rollback. Factory remains independent and optional.

The guide now reflects the actual canonical onlinesourdough/OSM-plugin repository and public v0.30.0 prerelease at tag/merge commit 314dcf17. Package CI39971963301 passed on PR80 head 169b1295; it is not tag-commit CI or proof of an adopted host. Current reviewed AIOS 0.29 calls and Setup previews remain working until each host qualifies its compatible candidate and cutover. The new selector is installed/read back, the conflicting old source is disabled before fresh-session acceptance, and its disabled registration retires only after acceptance.

The source also retains the accepted #32/#34/#75/#79 consolidation: compare rootless containers and VMs for the whole execution environment before selection, prefer official stable T3, preserve dated proof and recovery gates, and keep #32/#34 as the live roadmap. #75 stays parked and #79 optional research. It adds no separate-browser requirement, runtime or control service.

Exact reviewed head: 2a687e5d30a44d9264e8f38b35f6607a09e512b6, tree 2bc9a40a4bbf7faf11e9ce021f01053713d75749; package source candidate 0.1.22. Stacked on #92; #85 and #92 retain their existing heads and human delivery gate.

Validation:

  • Package check: 9 skills, 0 errors; 16 unit tests pass.
  • All-skill staging: 9 skills, 29 exact manifest-bound files, from this clean commit; nothing installed.
  • Fresh independent Sol 6.1 Max/default ACCEPT, no material findings. The lead verified all 177 declared review bindings and unchanged 47-file source.
  • Two finite independent method decisions match the retained rubric: a published prerelease with an active reviewed preview remains source-only; failed fresh-session acceptance keeps recoverable old calls and context. These are synthetic decisions, not live setup or reliability proof.
  • Method checks completed SUCCESS on exact head 2a687e5d30a44d9264e8f38b35f6607a09e512b6 (workflow39983661756/job120517144914).
Preserved evidence and remaining gates

The same sole Claude Opus 5.5 High/Fast-off writer performed all source changes; run80 is released. Human author and genuine native coauthor are preserved.

Prior reviewed head baf569213e5f2a0d1ff84b8d4797fdf1eec2cf85 and its successful workflow39956301620 remain historical evidence. The original five-case exercise was four matches and one PARTIAL boundary preference; the guide was corrected to compare before choosing isolation. The original pwd deviation and input/staging equipment failures remain disclosed. Independent R78-1 found a stale-recovery interval; the corrected guide still requires quiet CURRENT source/copy equality after the affected holders reach idle and immediately before effects. That correction was accepted, and the new review confirms it is unchanged.

Current staged manifest SHA256: 7c1436ad4ac20f2c5e6ae6350a21253db95b006c46afc1ec4c399694e4bb5086.
Fresh review report SHA256: 51ac9cf2c828ac9214e13c05b0ff68c6bc3423a3c704269ca3c4a37acaa838fd; receipt SHA256: 2fc0f18306970f6f1725b327a339e69b2728d1b5a0745f166fbb40013b390cc2.

No Factory host or caller was observed adopting OSM here. The Mac peer lifecycle/use report and separately versioned Setup preview are not independently qualified or selected by this source change. #93 remains open for each applicable consumer's native installation, discovery, invocation, same-context use, standing calls and recovery. OSM #62/#77/#76 retain their owners and remaining scope.

#32 still needs its actual bounded comparison/operator/recovery evidence. #34 retains independent-account/client/autolaunch/holder/current-recovery and backup-only unchanged-runtime gates before any separately authorized stable update. Human delivery under #88 and branch protection remain required. No application queue, host operation, installation, merge or release is included.

Relates to #93, #32, #34, #75 and #79.

Keep Factory independent while preparing version-aware optional-method
cutover and recovery. Consolidate native T3 stable and boundary guidance.
