AgentOps now applies its existing plain-language handoff guidance to issue openings and progress updates. The reader should see what changed and why it helps before opening the technical evidence.
Before, the actual #35 update opened with server metadata and an environment glossary. Its revised opening says what T3's usage view shows, then explains why another environment does not create project accounting. Sources remain available in collapsed details. The skill now makes this responsibility explicit without requiring a template, a screenshot or an example for every small status.
Checks: eight skills/zero errors, 11 unit tests and four staged AgentOps files with matching hashes. The published #35 comment was also read in an anonymous native browser tab: the useful text was visible and its technical details were closed. Independent Sol 6.1 Max source review accepted this exact two-file candidate without actionable findings; the reviewer read the retained checks and did not rerun them.
Refs #36. Actual before/after result.
Scope and evidence
Only the existing AgentOps paragraph, its version metadata and one qualification row changed. The ADLC handoff and Review guidance already cover the underlying principle and remain unchanged. Existing #35 Foundation guidance is preserved. Version 0.1.14 has not been published yet; these two small method corrections share that release and a single guarded adoption.
The actual earlier issue text and revised text are retained with private check evidence. This is one authored/rendered issue revision and a source-guided handoff, not a human-comprehension benchmark, future reliability result, app UI change, native permission change or OS-isolation proof. No generated before-image or mandatory reporting layer.
