A writer recovering into a newer worktree must retain its task changes without overwriting upstream work or silently losing its native context. AgentOps now documents the supported, operator-assisted T3 route, verifies the actual worktree and provider identity before integration, and stops when the required continuity cannot be established.

The qualification record links the independently accepted AIOS replay, including conflict, provenance, authority and failed-check cases. This is a small method update to 0.1.11; it adds no runtime, permission or autonomous-recovery claim.

Validation: CI on the final commit passed the 8-skill check and 11 tests. A separate native Astra reviewer found no blocking defects, and AgentOps accepted 8716ed0. The reviewer's own package/whitespace checks passed; its unit tests could not create temporary files in its read-only sandbox. No access was expanded to bypass that limitation.

This release does not close Factory #3 or #7, which track separate remaining proof. Installed adoption is verified after publication.

Retain evidence and compare actual provider-native identity before the same
writer integrates accepted changes in a clean worktree. Record the bounded,
independently reviewed AIOS replay and its operational limits.
