Make this repository a Power BI domain module for Factory.
powerbi-foundationprepares domain context and tools;powerbi-adlcroutes accepted work to the existing specialist skills and validators. Factory owns the shared lifecycle, and the adopting project keeps its own brief, artifacts and evidence.Keep the repository/package identifiers and optional legacy evidence workflow intact. Document complete-module adoption and explicit project paths. Harden validator feedback: missing targets fail, empty scans show their scope count, and unsupported changed-file checks return a warning instead of claiming clean validation. No package release or existing-project migration is included.
Validation:
Native Power BI Desktop, live DAX, Fabric, refresh, RLS and publication were not exercised; this changes the module contracts and local validation, not a live report.
