What

The seventh change in report 023's payload: every comment, docstring and doctrine line in src/, hooks/, tests/, policy/, the skills and AGENTS.md now states the invariant it protects, not the bug or the battle that taught it. The before lives where it belongs — git history and CHANGELOG.

  • 37 files, +218/−236: shorter, same rules.
  • Fail-closed contract (regla 12): grep -rlI --exclude-dir=__pycache__ -E "used to (be|write|live|ship)|was tried and deleted|what this replaced" src hooks tests policy .agents/skills AGENTS.md → empty.
  • AST comparison base..HEAD: 30/31 touched .py files byte-identical code (pure doc pass); tests/test_doctor.py differs only in one reworded fixture string whose 4 tests pass.
  • just check-all green in ONE batched pass (the change-6 instrument, 141 s). ai-eng audit verify exit 0. Independent critic verdict: met, no findings (1m21s inside the 40-min timebox — the change-2 contract working).

Evidence

.ai/reports/023-session-vitals-045-postmortem.html §3-B6/§5-7 (counts: 11 src, 21 tests, 37 total).

Rollback

git revert each of the four docs commits; no behavior to unwind.
