Clean up some config and add two temporary commits to work around existing trunk toolchain issues just to test this pull.

Kept 6.3 since the README advertises 6.3 support.

Huh, 6.4 Jammy strangely fails, but everything else passes.

Removed the temporary commits for the trunk Swift toolchain as they showed all trunk runs passing.

I could not reproduce the Jammy 6.4 failure on Fedora 30 locally, implying it is either a flake or specific to Ubuntu somehow.
