Very cool, just one question

case .stream(let flow):
while !writeRequests.isEmpty {
if try flow.getOutboundStreamDataRoomAvailable(in: &eventContext) == 0 {
flow.waitForOutputRoomAvailable(self.outputAvailable)

Yes, see:

            if events.outputRoomAvailable, self.state == .ready, !self.isInboundFlowHandler {
                self.outputAvailable(in: &eventContext)
            }
