fix(release): align macOS notarization with massCode

Summary

• use Apple ID, app-specific password, and Team ID for notarization
• keep Developer ID signing through CSC_LINK and CSC_KEY_PASSWORD
• remove the unused release environment
• align release runners with Node.js 24.14.1

Verification

• local arm64 and x64 builds signed successfully
• Apple notarization completed successfully for both architectures
• Gatekeeper accepted both apps as Notarized Developer ID
• all five required repository secrets are configured
