Add new service into experimental mode in the ansys-speos API.
First set of services will be results ones. Allowing to access XMP map data, and manage measure.
Service is in experimental mode, meaning bug are expected, the protobuf files will change, the API will break and is not representative of the final API of the results we can expect in Speos.
