You will also need emails.py, which need to contain the following:
uploader_white_list_users = ["test2", "test@example.com"]
white_list_users = uploader_white_list_users + ["test3", "test@google.com"]
white_listed_domains = ["@google.io"]
These emails in the above example are just examples.
