Summary
install-linkCI job runssh scripts/test-install-link.shon Ubuntu and macOS. The script is POSIX sh, hermetic (temp HOME,file://fixture release, stub binary), needs no Rust toolchain, and finishes in seconds.docs/flock/project.mdgate list updated so Flock workers run the smoke test locally too.Validation
sh scripts/test-install-link.sh→ all 10 checks passed locally.git diff --checkclean. CI itself will exercise the new job on this PR.
