Changes

• import generated JSON configurations without duplicating profiles
• update existing profiles by stable generator-controlled IDs
• review mutable connection, security, DNS, routing and global options before applying them
• optionally select local profiles missing from the imported configuration for removal
• preserve omitted secrets while allowing explicitly empty secrets to clear stored values
• localize the new import/export flow in English and Russian
• update the canonical schema ID to net.megaproxy487.config with legacy fallback
• bump Android and F-Droid metadata to 0.0.11

Verification

• ./gradlew testDebugUnitTest assembleDebug
• repeated import tested on Android emulator: no duplicate profiles
• option review and legacy schema import tested on Android emulator
