Adds three more SVGs alongside `spero top`: the `--remote` observe view, a `spero run` cycle table, and the branded CLI landing screen, placed in the Quickstart and control-plane sections. All are generated by a new reproducible helper, scripts/gen_screenshots.py, which renders spero's own rich renderers with representative data so the images track the real UI.
