The README predated the audit release. Updated: the status (on PyPI as 0.4.0, 265 tests), the concepts table (the full probe/remediation set), the install extras (tui, certs), and the quickstart. Added sections for the control plane and dashboards (serve endpoints, `spero top`, --remote, auth token), dial-home fleet operation, alerting channels, and the in-cluster Kubernetes deployment.
