Removes semantic consolidation and lossy transcript rewriting so retained Whisper text and measured timestamps are saved unchanged. Simplifies the UI, configuration, and dependency graph, adds fidelity evidence, and refreshes the 18-fixture baseline with zero parity mismatches and all enabled gates passing.
