Medical Image Segmentation — Mandibular CT

Automatic segmentation of mandibular anatomy from CT scans using MONAI, directly connected to the osteosynthesis plate design work from my TFG. Goal: automate the geometry extraction pipeline that currently requires manual 3D Slicer work.
