…bakeoff.json) Designed and built by Claude Fable 5.1, reviewed in a clean context. site/tools/build_data.py builds the one JSON the page reads from the repo's own reports and one-shot grades plus site/data/curated.json, and fails on private addresses, host paths or account names. Only offline-rendered frames are copied; no model-written file is served. .github/workflows/pages.yml checks the data on pull requests and publishes site/ (without tools/) from main.
The operator judged the one-shot code safe to serve. build_data.py copies the 54 graded pieces byte for byte to site/live/; the viewer runs one at a time in <iframe sandbox="allow-scripts" referrerpolicy="no-referrer"> (no allow-same-origin), src set on open and cleared on close. CSP frame-src 'self'. READMEs updated.

site/is static vanilla JS with a strict CSP. Every number on the page comes fromsite/data/bakeoff.json, whichsite/tools/build_data.pybuilds fromreports/dashboard/data.json,oneshots/*/grades.tsvand the hand-keptsite/data/curated.json.site/live/.
