The guard caption above every recipe's if(TARGET) return() and the aggregate label in the gazebo recipe only echoed the lines beneath them.
Branch protection requires signed commits, and the Actions runner has no signing key, so commits Claude pushes from the workflow could never merge.
Enabling CUDA needs no explanation; the options speak for themselves.

Adds the two workflows from the Claude GitHub App installer: claude.yml (mention @claude on issues and PRs) and claude-code-review.yml (automatic review on new PRs). The app installation and the CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN repository secret are already in place.
