Distributed VLA Inference for Autonomous Manipulation

Safety-critical architecture for VLA (Vision-Language-Action) models under cloud-offloaded inference. Introduces a Latent Intent Vector (LIV) extracted from action-vision cross-attention, enabling real-time onboard anomaly detection during network latency — allowing more aggressive inference cycles without sacrificing safety. Part of a larger drone + robotic-arm system for extreme/disaster-response environments.

Property-Conditioned Molecular Generation

Graph diffusion model for generating drug-like molecules conditioned on target quantum-chemical properties (HOMO/LUMO, dipole, etc.), trained on QMugs. Built on an absorbing discrete diffusion formulation (DiGress-style) with a custom Graph Transformer denoiser — diagnosing and fixing bond-validity bottlenecks through small-scale overfitting experiments.

Vision-Based End-to-End Indoor Navigation (DeliBot)

Lightweight E2E navigation model for indoor mobile robots, combining AprilTag-anchored localization with topology-map planning and behavior cloning — designed to run without SLAM, GPS, or HD maps under tight hardware constraints.
