Skills

• Скіли — це перевикористовувані markdown-інструкції, які прив'язуються до агентів. Вони вставляються в промпт без <untrusted>.
• Server: модуль skills з CRUD і версіями. Імпорт zip працює так: спершу прев'ю, потім підтвердження, після чого скіл зберігається вимкненим з source=imported і позначкою «needs vetting».
• Run-executor тепер передає скіли агента в reviewer-core.
• Client: Skill editor, вкладка Skills в агенті, список скілів.
• Spec: specs/skills.md

Conventions extractor

• Модель пропонує house-rules репозиторію. Кожен кандидат має цитату з коду, яку перевіряє код, а кандидат без знайденої цитати відкидається.
• Прийняті кандидати збираються в один скіл (type: convention, source: extracted).
• Server: модуль conventions. Client: ConventionsView і ConventionCard.
• Spec: specs/conventions.md

• Контракти knowledge і trace оновлено в обох vendor-копіях.
• Схема БД і міграція.
• Unit і integration тести для skills та conventions.
