Summary

Wipe the package output dir (.agentuity) before copying Next standalone so prior builds cannot leave a stale root server.js.
Prefer nested server.js (monorepo.subpath → basename(projectDir) → root) when standalone is nested under outputFileTracingRoot (e.g. parent-folder lockfile).
Emit processes[].workingDirectory from monorepo or adapter-detected nest; keep static.directory relative to that cwd.
Type the Next CDN config wrapper (Record cast) so next.config.ts passes Next build typecheck when baking assetPrefix via --cdn-base-url.

Why

Genesis deployer + CDN E2E against a Next app showed:

Stale May-era root server.js with empty assetPrefix remained after re-package.
Nested CDN-baked test-nextjs/server.js was ignored; launch pointed at the wrong entry.
Root cause: cpSync merge + first-match findStandaloneServer, not a deployer contract bug.

Release next CLI version (e.g. 3.1.17). Genesis sandbox Dockerfile pin: AGENTUITY_CLI_VERSION.

Wipe .agentuity before packaging so stale root server.js cannot win over a nested standalone entry when outputFileTracingRoot points at a parent. Prefer monorepo/project-basename server.js, emit launch.workingDirectory for nested layouts, and type the Next CDN config wrapper so next.config.ts typechecks under Next's build.

Follow-up on this PR: generic single-package packaging now also wipes the output dir before copy (shared `resetOutputDir`), same as Next standalone + monorepo stage. Covers Vite / Nuxt / Astro / SvelteKit / TanStack so rebuilds do not merge stale dist assets.

Derive process workingDirectory from the selected server.js path, prefer adapter packaging over monorepo.subpath in launch metadata, and shrink selectStandaloneServer to early-exit preference checks.
