Rename the repository module, package, CLI, plugin, schema, config, docs, CI and release assets to goago (go ago). Preserve legacy policy files and suppression directives, reject competing policy files, and document the v0.3.0 migration. Checks: make check, make prose, make release-check, git diff --check, and pre-PR autoreview all pass. Migration regression tests fail before the compatibility change and pass after it. Existing releases keep their historical names.
