The Node 20.19 packed fixtures crash inside npm 10 while resolving optional peer sets. Install npm 11.6.2 for this job and print both runtime versions, keeping all six fixtures on Node 20.19.
The full packed suite passes locally on Node 20.19.6 with npm 11.6.2. Build, typecheck and all 672 unit tests pass.
