Restore the theme-aware banner, badges, demo layout, and navigation from #71 using relative asset paths.
Replace unsupported historical accuracy tables with the current pending benchmark status and fix comparison footnotes. Keep current-main setup guidance and leave out the verdict-built section.
Validated local links and anchors, exact banner restoration, and generated size tables on Node 22 and 24.
