Device events without animals - e.g. Parlour statistics

We've got a question from on of our integration partners whether it would be possible to exchange parlor performance data. They have developed their API according to the Icar standard, but as far as I know of there is no resource available for parlor perfomance KPI's.

Is this something you see as a useful addition to the Icar standard? And if so, how to proceed with this?

Some example of the KPI's are per milk shift, like:

Number of attachments
Attach time
Detach time
Seconds Lowflow
Seconds Maxflow
Early falloff
etc.

Some on milking position level:
Expected production
Wash dumps
etc.

Some on milkingroup level

Number of animals not identified
Number of animals no milk
etc.

While discussing animal alerts we identified that there are some device alerts or status messages that do not map to an animal.
A potential approach is:

1. Define icarDeviceEventCoreResource based on icarEventCoreResource with a device identifier of some sort.
2. Define attentions and statistics events based on this.

This would also benefit from #618 - moving the device reference into icarEventCoreResource.
