Summary

  • Upgrade the frontend Stellar SDK to v14 and use the rpc API consistently with the indexer.
  • Parse signed XDR directly with TransactionBuilder.fromXDR before RPC submission.
  • Share client and server Sentry scrubbing for exception text, nested data, request details, email addresses, and muxed Stellar addresses.

Closes #1293
Closes #1295
Closes #1292

Verification

  • npm run type-check passed.
  • Focused transaction, RPC, Sentry, and SDK smoke suites passed (62 tests).
  • Full Jest run: 561 passed, 8 pre-existing failures in dashboard animation, marketplace toast assertions, a Vitest import, and the contract error table.

Resolved the conflicts with testnet-implementation and pushed f7bd382. Both transaction assembly paths now combine the SDK 14 rpc namespace with immutable fee scaling, without double-counting Soroban resource fees. Also fixed the relocated Sentry client import and preserved event subtypes in the scrubber. Verification: 7 focused suites, 71 tests passed; TypeScript no-emit check passed. GitHub now reports the PR as mergeable. Full build and end-to-end tests were not run.
