In the Methodological Guidlines gice the guidance on vertial integration
"Vertical integration : How to consider vertical range for vertical integration and averaging might not be straightforward for models using different vertical discretization schemes. The suggested guideline would be to apply linear interpolation from the native vertical resolution towards regular 1-meter resolution, and then apply the vertical integration. "
This should only apply when calculating vertically averaged results (ie top 10m averaged results) while non-vertically averaged results can retain the native model spacing, correct?
