Workflow groups

The plugins can report to various bug tracking tools (Bugzilla, Red Hat Customer portal, MantisBT, FTP server, ...).

The plugins append results of the reporting process to 'reported_to' file.

'reporter-ureport' needs to attach identifiers of reports to BTHASHes on FAF.

'reporter-bugzilla' creates a new reported_to entry named "Bugzilla", 'reporter-ureport -A -B' reads URL= of the last such an entry and attaches the value to BTHASH read from 'reported_to'. The reported to name is displayed in UI (users are presented with a list of all reports). Fedora users knows what "Bugzilla" means, however "Red Hat Bugzilla" would be better name.

'reporter-mantisbt' creates new reports named "MantisBT". This plugin is used in CentOS. Users should see "CentOS Bug Tracker".

libreport can be configured to reporter to uncounted number of MantisBT instances.
