Summary

  • Defines Phase 1A as a manual structured profile and defers resume intake/extraction to Phase 1B.
  • Records the profile, canonical-skill, skill-evidence, completeness, provenance, and minimized work-eligibility decisions.
  • Adds a language-neutral completeness specification and Phase 1A RLS/testing requirements.
  • Corrects CI triggers to validate pull requests to main and pushes to main only.
  • Aligns local and CI Node discovery to root-pinned Node 22.23.1.

Independent review corrections

  • Makes the primary education entry the sole source for degree year and graduation timing, with a documented forward migration.
  • Adds section reviews plus deletion-safe revision freshness.
  • Clarifies many-row typed skill evidence with same-user foreign keys and exactly-one-source checks.
  • Prohibits browser deletion of profiles and documents the future trusted deletion workflow.
  • Refines deterministic completeness outcomes, vectors, and staged implementation scope.

Explicit non-implementation scope

No Phase 1A schema/migrations, profile UI, resume feature, hosted service, or personal fixture is included.

Clarify primary education as the source of truth, add section reviews with deletion-safe freshness, and define typed skill evidence.

Restrict direct profile deletion and refine completeness semantics and staged implementation scope.
Clarify root-versus-child ownership references and trusted service-role profile access.

Keep root-profile deletion inside the explicit coordinated account-deletion boundary.

Final review corrections applied: clarified root-versus-child ownership references in the data-model introduction and narrowed profiles service-role wording to trusted administrative workflows, while retaining the browser DELETE prohibition and explicit coordinated account-deletion boundary.
