PhD student in Computational Neuroscience at the University of Tübingen & the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics, supervised by Prof. Peter Dayan.
I study the computational mechanisms of human decision-making - how people gather evidence, accumulate it over time, and decide when to commit - using Bayesian inference, optimal control, and dynamical systems. I came to neuroscience from aerospace engineering and control theory, and I work at the bridge between understanding brains and designing intelligent algorithms for machines.
Currently: modeling sequential decision-making in OCD as a POMDP, and developing a framework for hierarchical decision-making and meta-control.
