feat(ui): upgrade badge system with authentic splashtag pins and exclamation bubble

Summary

This PR aligns the Badge component with authentic Splatoon 3 specifications and cleans up speculative variants:

1. Splashtag Pins (variant="pin"):
   • Introduced official 1:1 in-game splashtag badges without foreign background frames or borders.
   • Added pin preset prop ('judd' | 'steelhead' | 'cohozuna' | 'big-run' | 'splattershot') with rank="gold" | "silver" | "bronze" support.
   • Preserves custom image URLs via src.
2. Exclamation Alert Bubbles (variant="dot" / dot={true}):
   • Upgraded the bare red dot to the authentic in-game ! notification alert bubble (seen on Lobby Terminals, Jukebox, and Smallfry alert notices).
   • Features official geometric corner cuts, pure black stroke, -3deg tilt, and contrast-aware foreground color (black text on yellow, white text on colored backgrounds).
   • Full support for sm (14px), default (18px), and lg (24px).
3. Speculative Cleanup:
   • Removed speculative counter and pill variants and unnecessary props (count, max).
4. Documentation & Playground:
   • Updated documentation (ZH, EN, JA) and interactive playground with dedicated Pin Preset and Rank dropdown controls.

Verification

• All 27 regression suites passed (pnpm format:check && pnpm lint && pnpm typecheck && pnpm docs:check && node tests/run.mjs).
• Verified live rendering on documentation dev server.
