This allows to run extended tests using a comment.
It can be triggered with /fulltest, with the possibility of specifying a subset of tests to run (pytest, examples, llm, diffusion, vision, develop_install, finn, ort, notebook, end_to_end)
Targetting dev for post-release merge.
